Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit my space?

This will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We of course want you to be happy as a customer, but some products may not be a good fit for our showroom and depending on the product, we may not be able to re-sell it.

Do you accept returns on clearance or custom items?

We do not accept any returns on clearance or custom items.

How do I return a damaged or defective product?

If a product is defective or damaged, we will work with the manufacturer or replace either a part or the whole product, but there will not be any refunds. With these types of products, you can replace individual slats on the products and the whole piece does not necessarily have to be replaced. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy will vary on the product purchased and is at our discretion on if a refund will be processed. If a sale is approved for a return, there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee.

We will not accept any returns on custom orders.

Can you ship direct to my home?


Yes! We offer free direct shipping to any location within the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not currently ship internationally.

Do you offer delivery?

We do offer delivery for a fee. This fee depends on distance to deliver from our store as well as how much product is being delivered.

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping from the manufacturer to our location or your home depends on the manufacturer and time of year. Shipping in the high seasons (spring & summer) can vary from 6-12 weeks. Shipping in the low season (fall & winter) can vary from 4-8 weeks.

Do you have items in stock or is it order-only?

Both, we are located in Panama City Beach, FL and have items in stock, but you can order from our website to have items shipped directly to your home.

Do you sell outdoor decor or accessories?

At this moment we do have outdoor cushions and patios to accessorize your patio with.

Is this item available in different colors/sizes?

All of our patio furniture does have the ability to be ordered in different sizes and colors.

What kind of patio furniture do you carry?

We carry High-density polyethylene, commonly called HDPE, a specialized type of tough plastic engineered for resilience against the ravages of outdoor use. Unlike common plastic, which tends to become brittle and fractured with time, HDPE is formulated to withstand nature's harshest conditions.

The current brands that we carry in-store are Patiova and Tru180. We also are able to order Finch that will ship directly to your home.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

At this time we do not have any financing available.

At time of purchase, the full amount is due if the product is in-stock. If your items are being ordered, we require at least a 50% payment of the total at time of purchase and the other 50% is due prior to pick up or delivery. If we order custom items for you and you choose later that you do not want those items, the 50% payment is non-refundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all of the products we carry come with a manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer has their own warranty details. Please inquire and we will be more than happy to share the information with you.

Seven Summers Patio, L.L.C. does not carry the warranty. We help facilitate any warranty claims with the manufacturer.
