Shipping Policy
At Seven Summers Patio, we proudly offer free direct shipping to any location within the contiguous United States. Please note that we currently do not ship internationally.
We also provide local delivery for a fee, which varies based on the distance from our store and the volume of items
being delivered.
Shipping times depend on the manufacturer and the season:
- Spring & Summer (High Season): 6–12 weeks
- Fall & Winter (Low Season): 4–8 weeks
These timelines may vary, and we'll provide updates based on
your specific order.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied, but returns are assessed on
a case-by-case basis. Some products may not be suitable for resale or restocking due to their nature or condition.
Please review the following return guidelines:
- Clearance and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Custom orders cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will work with the manufacturer to replace the affected part or the entire item, as needed. Refunds are not offered for damaged or defective items.
- Many of our products allow for individual parts (like slats) to be replaced without needing to return the whole piece.
